It is not necessary that you leave the house.
Remain at your table and listen.
Do not even listen, only wait.
Do not even wait, be wholly still and alone.
The world will present itself to you for its unmasking,
it can do no other, in ecstasy it will writhe at your feet.
When writing these words, Franz Kafka was referring to the power of imagination, one of the most effective tools that we all have to ignite our passion and create the reality we want to see.
Imagination can turn the mundane into a superior experience, allowing us to go to new places, just with our minds.
We think that music has a similar power.
Whilst we seem to lose imagination when we become adults, music is a precious tool, available to everyone, anytime and anywhere.
Music stimulates our ability to create a magical world, a more authentic place, where masks are not allowed, a reality where sound and self become one thing.
Music reveals a better, true, unmasked reality.
